1. Unite all T.U.C.S.,Kamadhenu,Amudham etc Ration shops across the Nation
in to one roof and and in one Name.
2.
Make this to work under complete control of Civil Supplies instead of state
Government control.
3.
Unite Civil Supplies ,NABARD Bank ,and Food Coporation of India in to
one roof and Name.
4.
Generate Civil supplies Two Wings.
5.
Civil Supplies Wing - 1 to keep track on Purchase and stores from the
operations from NABARD Bank branches.
6.
NABARD Bank's to open Branches in all Villages to Lend to Farmer's and to collect
loan money through Grains and Vegetables Cultivated in all time.
7.
NABARD Bank's to send the same purchased to Civil Supplies Wing -1.
8.
Civil supplies to pay for the above purchase instantly on Bill of Exchange.
9.
Civil Supplies Wing -2 on a Government Order by Union Government
to appoint many less educated from registration's from Employment exchange's
across the Nation immediately on 2 years probation.
10.
Appoint many van drivers from Employment exchange registration's to carry the
load to Ration shops across the Nation from all Civil supplies very easily.

Before the above Civil Supplies Wing - 2 has to be generated and in that the above
mentioned less educated has to be appointed to pack all received food grains
from civil supplies wing -1 in to small packets of 1Kg and 5Kg's.
Sugar and Dhal can be packed in 1Kg and Rice and Wheat can be packed
in to 5Kg's Gunny Bags.

to Produce and manufacture Gunny Bags buy and install Machineries in
companies on contract to Union Government. The above appointed less educated
in civil supplies wing -2 has to be asked to pack food grains in these bags and
to despatch to Ration Shop's in time and in tact.
This act will enable the supply in short time to buyer's by Ration Card and
No long time spending by people at Ration shops and No way to Looting's
and Hoarding's.

and Strong Recommendation to my Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi and to
